The SuperNet G Series, configured and certified for US Government use, is the Company's line of secure workstations currently deployed throughout the Department of Defense. The SuperNet is a standard ATX design, Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) workstation that securely processes and stores unclassified and classified data within a single workstation.
The SuperNet G Series has the functionality of up to three separate computers, but with security features that are designed in to meet the stringent US Government policies for accessing, processing, storing, and protecting classified National Security information.
The SuperNet incorporates multiple hard drives and network interface cards that create separate and distinct domains to process and store data having different levels of classification. The SuperNet is a periods processor and only 1 domain is ever powered on at any given time. Access to the unclassified network, including the Internet, is physically limited to the non-secure domain. When accessing the classified network, the non-secure domain is shut down before the secure domain is powered on through a standard rebooting of the computer, ensuring that no data can be seen or retrieved between the domains.
The designed-in security features of the SuperNet are certified to protect classified data from outside intrusion from the Internet, and from being seen or retrieved by unauthorized or non-cleared personnel. The SuperNet is a simple, secure approach to protecting classified data by use of a high security key. Only authorized users are issued the key that controls the access to the SuperNets' classified domain. Without the high security key, unauthorized or non-cleared access to the SuperNet's classified domain is physically prevented. The SuperNet also incorporates locking, removable classified hard drives.
The SuperNet G2 (2-in-1) is used by government customers for accessing 2 separate networks. The SuperNet G3 (3-in1) is used for accessing 3 separate networks. The SuperNet G2 and G3 rack mounted versions are ideal for commands and agencies operating in areas with limited space.
